2. How do I get a quote?

Getting started is easy! Simply complete our Free Quote form with a few details about your property, the number of dogs, and the services you're interested in. We'll review your request and contact you with a personalized quote—no obligation.

3. Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you do not need to be home. Most customers simply leave their gate unlocked or provide access instructions. We'll notify you once your cleanup has been completed.

4. What happens to the pet waste after it's collected?

By default, all collected pet waste is securely bagged and placed in your designated outdoor trash container.

If you'd prefer we remove it from your property, simply select our Off-Site Waste Removal option when requesting your quote.

5. What happens if it snows or the weather is bad?

Pet Mess Master provides service year-round whenever weather and yard conditions safely allow. If severe weather or winter conditions prevent a complete cleanup, we'll communicate with you and return as soon as conditions safely improve. Our goal is to keep your yard on a consistent maintenance schedule throughout the year.

6. Are there long-term contracts?

No. We believe in earning your business with dependable service—not long-term commitments. You may pause or cancel your recurring service at any time before your next scheduled visit.

Yes. Pet Mess Master is fully insured, providing added peace of mind while we're working on your property.

8. How often should my yard be cleaned?

Most customers choose weekly service to keep their yard consistently clean, healthy, and odor-free. Homes with multiple dogs may benefit from twice-weekly service, while bi-weekly service is a great option for lighter use.

9. What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in a while?

No problem! Every yard is different. We'll evaluate the condition of your property based on the information you provide and discuss anything out of the ordinary before performing work beyond your normal service. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and make getting started as easy as possible.
